250 gm okra/bhindi slit into thin slices
2 tbs rice flour
2 tbs besan / gram flour
1/2 tsp ajwain /carom seeds
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp aamchur / dry mango powder
Chaat masala to sprinkle
Oil for deep frying
Method
In a bowl, add rice flour, besan, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, aamchur,turmeric, salt and ajwain and mix well.
Add bhindi to it and mix well so that it is coated well with the dry ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bhindi in small batches.
Serve hot with roti or any Indian bread.
