Simple Paneer Burji Recipe




Ingredients
 
200 gms grated paneer
1/4 cup peas
1 small capsicum, finely chopped
1 cup tomatoes finely chopped
1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
1 tbs garlic and ginger, finely chopped
2 green chilli, finely chopped
salt to tasste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp rajma masala
1 tsp jeera
4 tbsp cooking oil
coriander leaves, finely chopped, for garnishing


Method
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin/jeera and let it splutter.
Add onions, ginger, garlic and chilli and fry for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, mix well, cover and cook on low flame, till tomatoes are cooked well.
Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric and mix well.
Add chopped capsicum and peas and mix.
Cover and cook on low flame, till oil separates.
Add rajma masala and fry for another 2 minutes.
Add paneer, mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
