mango milkshake

3 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
Powered sugar, as per taste
Sabja seeds/ basil seeds, soaked, 4 tbsp
Mango pulp, 3 tbsp
Almonds and mint leaves for garnishing
1 ripe mango, peeled and cut in cubes
1 litre chilled milk
Ice cubes
Method
In a blender, add chopped mangoes, sugar, mango pulp, sugar and half the quantity of chilled milk and blend into a smooth puree.
Then add ice cubes and remaining milk and blend further for few seconds.
In a tall glass, add few mango cubes, 1 tbsp sabja, pour milk shake till the brim of the glass, garnish with mint and crushed almonds.
Serve immediately.
Note: The mango pulp used in the recipe is sugarless mango preserve, store bought.
You can avoid using sugar, if mango is very sweet
If fresh mangoes are not available, it can be replaced with canned mangoes.
