Oreo Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients (serves 4)

Chilled milk 1 litre
Sugar as per taste
Chocolate sauce few teaspoons
Chocolate ganache 3 tbs
Oreo cookies, 5 nos
Powdered Oreo cookies for garnishing
Chocolate shavings for garnishing
Ice cubes

Method

Grind few Oreo cookies, after removing the cream from its centre.
In a blender add few Oreo cookies
Pour 250 ml chocolate sauce and 3 tbsp chocolate ganache.
Add some sugar
Pour chilled milk and ice and blend till smooth.
Pour the milk shake in a glass and garnish with powdered Oreo cookies and chocolate shavings.
