Mango Falooda

Ingredients (4 servings)











For the smoothie





2 cups chilled milk
4 tsp sugar
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

For  the falooda




4 scoops mango ice cream
4 tbsp mango juice ( I used Paper Boat Aamras)
4 tbsp cooked vermicilli/ sevian
4 tsp soaked sabja/ basil seeds
1 ripe mango. peeled and cut into cubes
4 tsp chopped almonds and cashews

Method




In a blender, add mangoes and sugar and blend into a smooth paste.
To this add chilled milk and again blend.
Pour this smoothie to a jar and keep aside.

In a glass, pour 1 tbs of mango juice. Top it with few pieces of mango cubes.
On top of these mango cubes, add a tsp of soaked sabja and pour the prepared smoothie till it fills the 3/4th of the glass.
Add a  tsp of cooked sevian, and top it with a scoop of mango ice cream.
Garnish with chopped nuts and mango cubes.
Serve chilled.
