Ingredients (serves 4)
2 sachets of bru instant coffee ( 10 gm * 2 sachet)
sugar as per taste
chilled milk, 1 litre
hot boiling water, 3 tbsp
ice cubes
Method
in a bowl, empty the coffee sachets, sugar and water and whip with a double beater till the mix is creamy, frothy and doubles in quantity. The mix becomes pale brown too.
In a glass, add ice cubes, pour milk till the 3/4th of glass and top it with whipped coffee mix.
Stir and enjoy the dalgona coffee.
