Eggless Molten Lava Cup Cake

Ingredients (For making 4 cakes)








4 tbsp. plain flour
4 tbsp.cocoa powder
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
4 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 cup milk mixed with 3 tbsp. water
8 tbsp. mini choco chips or chopped dark chocolate.

Method
Pre heat the oven at 240 C.
Combine all ingredients ( except choco chips), into a fine batter without any lumps.
In a cup cake liner, pour the batter till half and place 2 tbsp. of choco chips in the centre and pour some more batter to cover the chips. (The level of the  batter should not be more than 3/4th of the liner, but at the same time the choco chip should be covered properly with the batter so that the chips are not visible.)
Bake for 9 minutes and serve hot.
