Eggless Chocolate Banana Bread



Ingredients
4 over ripe banana pulp
1.5 cups all purpose flour
4 tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder


1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
1/4 cup milk
50 gm dark chocolate chips



Method
Pre heat oven at 200 C.
Sift  flour, along with baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and keep it aside.
Mash the bananas with a spoon or blend the bananas in a mixer.
Mix sugar and butter and blend it with a blender till smooth. Add  mashed bananas and combine well. 
Add dry ingredients to the mashed banana butter mix and combine well with a spoon. Make sure that there are no lumps in the batter. Add milk and mix well to form a batter consistency. Add dark chocolate pieces and combine well.
Pour the mix on to a greased baking dish .
Bake for 20 mins.






Note
 If you want to store the banana bread for more than a day, keep it in the refrigerator.
The baking time varies depending on the oven you use. so insert a toothpick on the center of the bread and check if its done. 
You can also add dry fruits and chopped nuts also, along with dark chocolate
