Ingredients
For the tart
3 packets bourbon biscuits
250 gm. Dark chocolate
100 gm. Butter
Method
Crush and powder the biscuits.
Add broken chocolate pieces and butter and grind into a
smooth mix in a mixer.
Transfer this into a tart mould and press from the centre,
so that it covers the the mould properly.
Chill this for 3 hrs.
For the fruit cream
200 ml. fresh cream
1 cup chopped seasonal fruits
1 tbsp. crushed almonds
1 tbsp. orange juice.
Method
In a bowl combine all the ingredients and chill for an hr.
Take out the tart shell from the mould carefully and pour
the prepared fruit cream into it.
Serve chilled.
