Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
2 cups plain flour
2 tbsp. melted butter
½ tbsp. dry yeast
¼ cup lukewarm milk for kneading
½ tsp. sugar
For stuffing
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
Method
Add sugar and yeast in milk and mix with a spoon till it dissolves.
Rub the melted butter and flour, so that it resembles bread crumbs.
Knead the flour using the milk mix. Cover the dough with a moist cloth and keep aside for 2 hrs so that the dough doubles in quantity.
On a clean platform, roll out the dough into a big circle of 2 mm. thickness.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon powder. Rub oil all over the rolled out dough and sprinkle the brown sugar cinnamon mix.
Then roll it tightly from one end to the other like a log.
With a sharp knife, cut this log into 2” circles. Place them on a greased baking tray and let it rest for 1/2hr.
Bake for 25 min at 210 C in a pre- heated oven.
