Chilli Paneer

Ingredients
½ kg paneer cut into cubes
½ cup corn flour

½ cup plain flour
¼ cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method
Combine corn flour, plain flour, salt, pepper and water and make a thick batter.
Dip and coat the paneer cubes in the batter.
Deep fry them in oil. Place them on an absorbent paper and keep it aside.
For the sauce
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. chilli sauce
3-4 fresh red chillies, chopped
2 dried red chillies, chopped
1 tsp. chilli flakes
Salt to taste
¼ cup water
Method
Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped dried red chillies. Follow it with all the other ingredients.
When the sauce thickens add the fried paneer to it.
Serve with noodles or fried rice.
NOTE: Instead of fresh red chillies you can add spicy green chillies also.
