VEG MAYONNAISE

Ingredients

200 ml. fresh cream
1 tbsp. mustard sauce or mustard paste
1 tbsp. pepper powder
1 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice
3/4 cup salad oil
salt to taste

Method
Place all ingredients, except salad oil, in a bowl.
using a hand blender, beat the ingredients.
slowly add salad oil, a little at a time.
continue beating the mix until it is well combined, soft and creamy in texture.

Note: you can increase or decrease the quantity of mustard according to your choice.
instead of fresh cream you can add one large egg.
transfer the mayonnaise to an airtight jar and store in a refrigerator.
you can use a normal mixer also instead of a hand blender.
