GREEN SAUCE

Ingredients

Few spinach leaves
A small piece of green capsicum
100 gm. fresh cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. butter

Method
Discard the stem from spinach, steam the leaves, squeeze out the excess water and keep it aside.
Melt butter in a pan, add flour and corn flour and stir for few seconds.
Add milk, stirring continuously. Make sure that no lumps are formed.
Add salt and pepper and turn off the stove.
Allow the mix to cool down.
Add fresh cream, capsicum and steamed spinach to the prepared sauce and grind it into a smooth paste.
