CHOCOLATE GANACHE

INGREDIENTS



For chocolate ganache

Dark chocolate- 200 gms
​Fresh cream- 200 ml
Butter- 50 gms

Method

Chop dark chocolate.
​Combine fresh cream, chocolate and butter in a saucepan and cook over medium heat till the chocolate melts.
Once the chocolate is melted remove the pan from fire and allow the mix to cool.
Chill the ganache for few minutes.
If using the ganache for tarts, transfer the contents to a piping bag.
Pipe the ganache to the prepared tart shells.
Decorate as per your choice.

If you want to use for donuts, rum balls etc., do not chill the ganache for too long as it thickens. chill for only 30 minutes or so, pour it to a flat pan or plate and dip the cup cakes, rum balls or donuts and keep aside for some time.
