CHICKPEAS SALAD


Ingredients

1 cup cooked chickpeas boiled with salt
1 boiled, diced potato
1 cup tahini
1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
1 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander
1 tomato diced
1 green chilly chopped
1 chopped onion.
1 tbsp. flax seed powder (optional)
1 tsp. herb mix (oregano, thyme, rosemary and basil) (optional)

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Serve chilled.
