CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese at room temp.
1 cup butter at room temp.
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla essence

Method
Whip butter and cream till its soft and fluffy.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla essence and whip till the sugar dissolves.
The frosting should be light and fluffy.

For the chocolate flavoured cream cheese icing, add a tbsp. of coaco powder and mix well.
